fit2health 会同步哪些数据？

你 Google 账号中的 Fitbit 健康数据——例如步数、睡眠、心率、锻炼和血氧——会被写入 iPhone 上的健康。

我的数据会被重复吗？

不会。fit2health 会检查 Apple Watch 或 iPhone 已记录的数据，只填补空缺。

如何断开我的 Google 账号？

随时可在 App 内断开，或在以下网址撤销访问权限：myaccount.google.com/permissions。
