Which data does fit2health sync?

Fitbit health data from your Google account — such as steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts and blood oxygen — is written into Apple Health on your iPhone.

Will my data be duplicated?

No. fit2health checks what your Apple Watch or iPhone already recorded and fills only the gaps.

How do I disconnect my Google account?

Disconnect in the app at any time, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
